Shampoo bar base
Meet this soap-free shampoo base. A versatile melt and pour base that allows you to easily create premium solid shampoos. It offers possibilities for creating solid hair care bars with nourishing properties and is gentle on both the scalp and hair.
The base simplifies the production of pH balanced solid shampoos and is ideal for small productions. This shampoo base produces a beautiful lather and is also suitable for sensitive skin.
The processing options are as follows:
Simply heat the shampoo base until it melts (75°C), add fragrance and/or color and pour out.
We recommend adding a maximum of 1% fragrance. (All our perfume and fragrance oils are suitable)
The opaque dyes, natural dyes and the argiles (natural clay) are suitable for coloring this base. We recommend adding a maximum of 1%.
As an extra, you can add a maximum of 1% of vegetable oil or natural butters.
Our advice is never to add more than 3% of total additives.
