Pigments and colourants Our colour tablets have been the obvious choice for candle makers for many years. These colour tablets consist of solid concentrated pigment and are thus easy to measure into doses. It’s easy to reproduce a certain colour once you’ve made it. Our pigments and colourants are synthetic, inorganic colours with certain additives which enhance their characteristics. The colours are produced in such a way that harmless, optimum-quality products are created. Our colourants are better suited to the colouring of natural waxes than our pigments are because they are fat-soluble. Please note that there is a difference between pigments and colourants.
